Gov. Scott also signed HB45 to make our 24 year old firearms preemption law enforceable after Oct 1st. It’s about time we get to tell politicians to quit breaking the law!
The third bill signed removed a sunset provision from the law that keeps Florida Concealed Weapons and Firearms License holder’s information private.
